Jobvite Customer Community
Find information and ideas in a group of forward-thinking recruitment and human resource professionals. The Jobvite Customer Community is an online support and social networking environment. Within the community, you will be able to get product support, find information and answers, download training materials, suggest product ideas, work with other customers from all over. Whether you've been with us for years, or are just joining our family of customers, we know you will find our Community to be full of great resources.
Activation
At Jobvite we believe in Activation, not Implementation. We work side by side with your team to activate your account – so you’re up and up and running quickly with a configuration that makes sense for your business. We’ll help you meet your goals and maximize the return on your investment in Jobvite.
During Activation, each customer works with Customer Success Manager.
Activation includes four easy steps:
1. Career Site
Tell us about your goals for your career site and we’ll create an engaging, candidate-friendly site that blends seamlessly with your corporate web site.
2. Configuration
How much (or how little) do you want personalize the product to your needs? We’ll help you get it done.
3. Data
Whether you’re coming from Taleo, Kenexa, HRSmart, Ceridian, ADP, Peopleclick, VirtualEdge, SilkRoad, Peoplesoft or one we haven’t mentioned—we’ll make sure your data is migrated successfully into Jobvite with all your requisitions, contacts, attachments and more intact.
4. Training
Your Customer Success Manager will help get your whole team – Recruiters, Admin, HR, Hiring Managers and anyone involved – up to speed on Jobvite. It won’t take long because Jobvite is so easy to use.
