Dan Finnigan
Chief Executive Officer, Jobvite
Dan has spent his career launching and growing Internet businesses with a focus on the recruitment market. Previously, Dan served as Senior Vice President of Yahoo! and General Manager of Yahoo! HotJobs, doubling revenue between 2002 and 2007. At Yahoo, Dan established Yahoo and HotJobs’ partnership with a consortium of over 700 newspapers, today representing 41 percent of total Sunday circulation in the U.S.
Prior to Yahoo!, he led the creation of Knight Ridder Digital, the Internet company of the world’s second largest newspaper publisher, serving as President and CEO. For Knight Ridder, Dan led its joint acquisition of CareerBuilder with Tribune, serving on CareerBuilder’s Board for three years. Prior, to joining Knight Ridder, Dan helped launch, and eventually led as CEO, Smartpages.com (now Yellowpages.com) for SBC/ATT. Dan holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Adam Hyder

Adam has built and led world class engineering teams for Fortune 500 companies as well as successful start ups. Previously, Adam served as Senior Director of Engineering for Yahoo's Advertising Management Platform (AMP) and CTO and Director of Engineering for Yahoo! HotJobs. Before Yahoo!, he was Senior Director of Engineering at TradeBeam and CEO, CTO and Co-founder of OneBuild. Adam holds a M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a M.S. in Computer Science from AMU, Aligarh India.
Kimberley Kasper
Chief Marketing Officer
Kimberley has more than 15 years of marketing experience delivering bottom line results for leading B2B brands. She previously served as Vice President of Small-Medium Business and Talent Grid Marketing at Taleo. In that role, she oversaw all aspects of marketing for the Taleo Business Edition product line, including product marketing, messaging, communications, demand generation, and customer marketing. Prior to Taleo, Kasper was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at SumTotal Systems, a human capital management solutions provider. She has also held marketing leadership positions at Salesforce.com, WebEx, CommerceOne and Verifone. Kimberley holds a B.S in Business Administration from Chapman University.
David Lahey
Vice President of Customer Success
David is an accomplished executive in business software with extensive experience building and scaling global service teams. He previously held executive positions in Sales and Partner Services for the mid-market ERP division of Sage and was Vice President of the Professional Services at ACCPAC. In 1984, David founded and was Chief Executive Officer of Lahey Software, a provider of integrated ERP modules for the mid-market which were purchased by Computer Associates in 2002. David holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Tim Lambert
Chief Revenue Officer
Tim has more than 15 years of executive sales management and business development experience with high growth start-ups and public companies, where he has built and led sales organizations in web-based technology, online recruitment and advertising markets. Previously, Tim was Vice President of Sales at Spot Runner. Prior to Spot Runner, Tim served as head of Yahoo! Spot Marketing and, earlier, Vice President of Business Development of Yahoo! Hot Jobs. Tim received an M.B.A. from the University of Redlands and a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University.
Hans Larsen
Founder
Hans has developed numerous software and web applications during his 20 years in the industry. Working on the award winning NetObjects Fusion authoring tool, he added e-commerce capabilities and a photo gallery tool allowing users to publish their digital photos in minutes. Hans had overall responsibility for the development of Fusion 7 and he has recently been the Chief Architect on a number of ASP solutions. Hans holds a M.S. in Electronic Engineering from The Technical University of Denmark.
Kevin Nanney
Vice President of Product
Kevin has a deep technical background and understanding of product development and product lifecycles. Kevin most recently served as vice president of product management at Taleo, a talent management provider. In that role, he developed the product direction, strategy and roadmap for Taleo’s SMB SaaS Talent Management Platform Suite. Prior to that, Kevin was the Senior Director of Product Management at Navis and Director of Product Management at PeopleSoft. Previously, he held technical consulting positions with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Ernest & Young.
Jesper Schultz
Founder
Jesper has 20 years of experience hiring world class teams and delivering quality software products. He founded Jobvite to solve problems that growing businesses confront in attracting and hiring the best people. As CTO, Jesper co-founded Voice Media Lab, specializing in voice control of entertainment systems. He served as Vice President of Engineering at Mediabolic and held engineering and management positions at Borland International. Jesper holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Technical University of Denmark.
John Winkenbach
Chief Financial Officer
Winkenbach joined Jobvite from Technorati Media, an online media company, where he was Vice President of Finance and Administration responsible for Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, Ad Operations and Network Operations. At Technorati Media, he oversaw the launch of the company’s leading social media ad network, contributed to a tenfold revenue increase and led three acquisitions. At Yahoo! Inc., he managed the financial planning and analysis team for the Search Business Unit.; and prior to that served various senior finance roles at Inktomi Corporation. John received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University.
